WHEN AM I GOING TO RECEIVE THE MY ORDER?
Orders can take up to “estimate max” 2 – 5 days to complete, you will get pre-programmed “Android TV Box” or Fire TV Stick delivered to your door.
HOW DOES “LOCAL PURCHASE” WORK?
“LOCAL PURCHASE” was added for the option of simply ordering a box and meeting at a local area such as Star Bucks for example. This way you can avoid shipping cost. P.S: [Available to Inland Empire Area Only]
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We charge a shipping of $10.00 for each item ordered, unless international shipping.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship packages out of “Inland Empire”, which is located in California. Although shipments can take time as the ANDROID TV’s are made in “China” then programmed in “California” it just depends on the stock we have at the time of your order however, you would be emailed about any details on your order.
WHAT IS AN ANDROID TV BOX?
The ANDROID TV Box is an Android Media Center. The pre-loaded Android software on your box allows you to use your television exactly the same way you use your tablet or home computer. You can access all applications in the Google Play Store. You can play games, use social networks, check email, or browse your favorite web pages. All this will now be available directly on your TV screen with our android box for TV.
WHAT IS KODI?
All ANDROID TV Boxes are pre-installed with Kodi. Kodi Media Center is a search engine specializing in internet video content. Kodi just looks through the Internet and finds links to an endless amount of videos and live streams that you can watch for free directly on your television. ANDROID TV or ULTARUNG does not provide support for Kodi or any of the add-ons used within the media center.
IS ANDROID TV 100% LEGAL?
Yes! ANDROID TV Boxes are only streaming devices.
DO I NEED THE INTERNET FOR THIS?
Sorry but “Yes!” – ANDROID TV Boxes requirement is “The Internet”, which mean’s, unfortunately, you have to purchase a service provider for that (you could also use a “Hot Spot” Device as well if you prefer, but best results are “Direct LAN/Ethernet Cable”.
WARRANTY?
Sorry but “NO” these type of devices are not an “official brand”, ULTARUNG is not the creator/maker/assembler of this product, We simply “program” them for the software you want to use.

How To Use “Mouse Mode”.
(Not Required if using dongle with USB remote)
On every FireTV Stick, we included a “Mouse” software that can be turned on when using a “pre-programmed” application.
I’m going to try my best to explain it.
How do I switch between the regular remote and mouse mode?
Press the “play/pause” button 2 times quickly on the remote to switch between the regular remote and mouse mode.
Make sure you are inside of a “Pre-Programmed” Application.
If you are not in a “Pre-Programmed” Application, the Fire TV Home Screen will act like it froze, when it’s actually not.
What does each key do when in mouse mode?
Up, Down, Left, and Right = Move’s The Mouse Pointer
Select = Mouse Click’s
Menu = Scroll Wheel Up
Fast Fwd = Scroll Wheel Down
